The jamani duo (Jodi and Matt Groenheide) will be presenting a concert this Saturday, November 7 at the Coaldale Mennonite Church (just 15-minutes east of Lethbridge). We will be playing a bunch of new music from our recent masters recitals in Mississippi. It will be a fun and exciting mix of world, classical, and popular music including some virtuosic works for steel pan; a new composition by Matt for kalimba, steel pan, and foot percussion; a drumset tribute to the Police's
Stewart Copeland; Jodi's beautiful choro arrangement for vibraphone and pandeiro; and much more. You will hear an assortment of hand drums, flute, a snare drum duet, and more instruments from around the world. Admission is FREE, but donations are gratefully accepted.
